Applies to all learners of Skill Development Academy, operated by Illusion Technologies.
Enrollment
Course access is granted after our team verifies your manual payment (bKash, Nagad or bank transfer) and approves your enrollment. Approval usually takes a few working hours.
Payments & refunds
All fees are quoted in BDT. Submitting a false transaction ID may result in account suspension. Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of enrollment and before more than 20% of the course is completed.
Course access
Enrollment grants a personal, non-transferable licence to the course materials. Sharing recordings, class links or downloadable notes is not permitted.
Certificates
Certificates are issued after all lessons are completed and assignments are graded. Each certificate carries a unique serial number for verification.
Changes
We may update course content, schedules or these terms. Material changes will be communicated through your dashboard notifications.
